• Now type the command “CHKDSK [driveletter] /r” in the command. For example – if your SD card’s drive letter is drive “F”, then you should type command “CHKDSK F: /r”. The command will then check the specific drive and the parameter “/r” will tell the command to repair the problem that it finds.
• Proceed further and click on “Yes”. The command will report back what it has done. Now go back to my computer and check your drive. 

If you successfully able to restore data from your USB drive, memory cards or hard drive then congratulations.
